Unclaimed funds
i have received the worst service by SALT employee Benefits.
i have an unclaimed fund that i have tried to get since 2012, that is 11 years?? all my documents were submitted in time. every time i call (if they answer) i only hear that its at the unclaimed department, nobody can give me a update or even a status on my claim, i have phoned numerous times, sent a ton of emails.

cant believe you contribute for so long then once its time for a pay out you guys go all quiet, i have never received this bad service in my life. is there not a way that we can report this to someone higher?
