Total disbelief
Up until now...I haven't received any form of communication regarding my fund claim since July...apparently they had to update their system for the 2-pot and I could only be assisted after September! We are in November now! Why doesn't this company want to pay people their monies??? This is a serious problem! How long will they keep my money??
