They deserve 0 star rating! Worst service ever! Provident Fund
Disappointing & unprofessionalism with the call center customer service and administrators. It's been over 8 weeks since I claimed, yet very time they have a different excuse now a new excuse has emerged - still awaiting authorization, NJANI NGOKU! For sooo long! I have been trying to be patient and understanding but this is ridiculous. it was extremely easy for yall to receive my hard earned money and now I have to resort to begging for it back? Come guys, stop with this ****** business or are you running a tuck-shop there! I need my Provident fund to be paid out as in yesterday! ***
