Taking time with Provident Fund Investigation

They advised me on the 10th of March that my claim was submitted as urgent payment which is between 10-14 days. On the 2nd of April I called them again only to be advised that there is now a new problem that they have picked up. They did not call me to advise me about this problem and when I asked why they did not come back to me w.r.t. the new issue they advised me that they are an \inbound company"and not an \""outbound company\"" and therefor they did not call me. They could have send me an EMAIL!! They then advised me that another employer paid a contribution to them in January and now they are busy investigating. They have been investigating since begin of April and every time I call them they advise me to follow up in 2 weeks' time. Today I called them again and I was again advised to follow up on the 11th of May 2015!!! Why do I have to keep following up with them"
