Speed of execution on death claim payout

I would like to raise some concerns with Salt employee benefits, with the level of speed of execution when it comes to processing the claims. We logged the death claim via tlamelo benefit consulting around January 2023 but sent to salt at the 1st of February 2023, I have been calling since April to find out how far is the process. for the past 2 months, I have been told that the process is in the final stage that someone need to sign and waiting also for SARS to verify. I have been lately been assistant by the Gentleman by the name of Thabo, which he said the send through the email to one individual from Salt which he hasn't got any feedback. The matter is bout Mothobi Petrus Rankhathali( ***) I am his elder son Thabo Ronald Rankhathali. I have also inform that the reason I have been doing follow up is that his son Karabo Peete is at Medical School and will need financial support which mean the fund will come handy. Your assistance in this urgent matter will be highly appreciated
