Been waiting on my payment since before Christmas 2024,been assured by agents that it would have been made before then. Struggle to get through when I finally did get hold of a agent the story changed to waiting on sars! How does status change from payment to waiting on SARS! Does agents have same information screens or do they make claim status up as the feel or are they unable to read your systems??? Extremely unhappy with *********** service
