Salt you are unprofessional

I inquired about unclaimed benefits and they informed me I have funds due to me. Upon submitting my verification documents to confirm the amount due I received no response for months. After I started complaining as I also submitted relevant documents for payout a sum of R25, 88 was paid into my bank account. What a rediculous amount? Something does not feel right here. I believe there was more due to me but somehow the funds just disappeared. Salt I am taking this matter further!!!
