Salt EMPLOYEE BENEFITS refusing to pay Disability claim although there's proof of of permanent Disability

I MR Munsamy have a Disability claim that's going on for the last 9 months and they have repudiated my claim four times as they risk department team MEDWORX are incorrectly reading my Occupational reports . The report says that my hand is permanently disabled and can no longer use it to work in any work environment and I'm also unable to use it for my self care but they are say that I can work and it will heal .I have to the the****** for the last two and half years trying to sort my right dominant hand but we have not succeed. It also doesn't make sense that MEDWORX the insurance doctors are saying that my hand is permanently disabled to do my job which also includes light duty work as well. But then they say I can do light duty work with my hand . My Occupational the****** reports clearly saying from the beginning that my hand is disabled. Salt EMPLOYEE Benefits risk team doctors are *********** and now I have suffer cause they can't read what is stated in the reports
