Salt Employee Benefits it's a ****
I made a claim at salt Employee Benefits, in 2022 November and ever since nothing is happening. When I call them they give me different stories and they are rude. Think is when I went to midrand office they told me I'll get paid by February 2023. And now they say they don't know, when will I get my money. One of them even said it can even take a year or more.....

Thank you for your Hello Peter review. It is correct that the company where you were employed was liquidated. The current liquidated employer process is managed between the Fund and the Financial Sector Conduct Authority. We, unfortunately, cannot provide you with a turnaround time as to when this process will be finalised. However, once the process has been finalised then the Administrator, Salt Employee Benefits, will process the claim payment as per the determination that we will receive from the Fund. Please feel free to contact our Call Centre or visit one of our walk-in centres for further assistance.
