Salt Employee Benefits disgraceful
I worked for the Security Industry and we belong to PSSPF and Salt is the administrator. I handed in my documents on the 13 January 2021 at the Port Elizabeth Provident Fund Branch. The lady there informed my husband that all my documents were in order. On the 13 January 2021 they sent me a message stating that they have received all my documents. Now today the 8 February 2021 they informed me that there is still documentation outstanding this is not fair. When you try to phone them you are number 38 and you must wait 20 minutes before someone answered then that person drops the phone is it fair to be treated like this
