SALT EB is trash

I made a death claim in 2023 around August and I submitted all the required documents however, I haven't received the funds. I made numerous phone calls and I being told different stories, some agents say the money has been paid and I should wait for 5 working days,some say they're waiting for the finance department to release the funds. This is so frustrating.
