Salt dont care about the people ho's money is invested with them

Hi I have left the company I was working for in March this year and I submitted my claim for my provident fund that same day . 3 week's later I phoned salt to find out whats happening with my provedend fund and they told me they did not get my pappers I then phoned my company and the resubmitted the documents an then 3 weeks later I again phoned salt to find out whats happening and I was told that ther is a problem with my tax no and need to send them a letter of reg from sars after that I have been phoning them and all I get from them is its with the account department all this takking in not that you spend more than a hour holding on the fon whaiting in a line to speak to one of ther call centre person and then they can not tel u exactly qhats happening then qhen u ask to speak to a manager they never available and when asked to phone u back they never do I have sent a mail aswel with no reply from this company its now been 4 months sins I have left the company I worked for and I still dont have my money today again no helpful answers from salt and again no manager available to tel me whats happening I have lost my patience with them and dont nou what to do anny more whaisted over a 1000 on airtime and still no answers after the plee the pai out within 8 to 10 weeks and im waiting for 4 months now and no call from them to speed up the process
