Salam Waiting more than 3 months for my profidant fund to pay out but nothing yet.

I was dismissed due to my illness cancer,have been waiting for more than 3 months for them to pay out my provident funds.Still i am being redirect to the NBCRFLI,my ex employer IZICASH solutions,SALT(Transport Sector retirement fund)Sanlam main culprit under the guide of Aventura.I need that money for my medical expenses rent and daily living expenses.I have followed all their instructions completed all their documents and i emailed it 4 times to all above mentioned.If i don't receive my money soon me my wife 2 small children and my mother in law of 80 years old will be on the street.
