Provident Fund still not paid

<p>My claim was send in August 2016 and untill today I have not received my claim money. I called numerous times and every time they tell me it is in process. When I phoned them again last week they suddenly did not received my papers. When I queried this with my previous employer the send me the proof that they send it to Salt. I forward that mail to Salt and still I am waiting. When will this be sorted?????</p> <p> </p>
