provident fund poor service

<p>i resigned from a security company and my paperwork was emailed to salt provident fund for pay out. i phoned to ask was paperwork received. they told me 15 working days after 15 days i phoned again and got a rude consultant which said no paperwork. then she told me that my details needed to be upgraded from absa to salt. how long does this take? i dont understand how does it take so much time to pay out someones hard earned money and why must you fight for your own money. i did not have any joy speaking to a rude consultant and no joy in any answers.</p>
