Provident Fund not paid

<p>I handed my claim documents in, in August 2016. Up untill today I did not receice my payment. I followed up with them in the beginning of November 2016 and the feedback I received was the payment will be paid end og November 2016. Well sins nothing was paid I followed up with them almost everyday and all theu say everytime is that they are still busy prosessing it. They cannot tell me when I will receive my payment and today the put the phone down in my ear. please help</p>
