Provident fund

On the 27th of August 2022 I sent my provident fund documents to *** and also to *** so on the 30th of August I recieved an sms acknowledging the recieved my documents and told turnaround time is 8 weeks but till today I haven't got paid my money. I've been calling them and was told they only captured my documents on the 6th of October and they are still under turnaround time which doesn't make sense to me because from the 30th of August when I received their sms 8 weeks has passed. It pains me because even when I call I can't get concrete explanation. It's either salt employee benefits plays with our lives. On the 26th of September I received an sms from Sanlam stating that they've processed funds to salt employee benefits to me but hey they're playing hide and seek with me and it hurts. I asked them to transfer my call to either their supervisor or manager and they did but guess what! S/he was unavailable to answer and the call dropped.
