PROVIDENT FUND CLAIM

I logged a claim for my provident money at Salt Employee Benefit Midrand since September 2019 until I went there personally on the 20th of December 2019 to check the status of the claim , and I was told that within 7 days it will be ok, so now when I enquire about my claim over the phone ,SANDRA SENOKE will harass you over the phone .al the documents are fine and it came back from SARS .I need assistance cause its been to long , my kids don't have school uniform as we speak , my bond is in areas .
