Thank you for your Hello Peter Review.Kindly be advised that in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) , this information can only be released once positive verification of the member is ascertained. This will be done by means of confirming the Identification Number. Enquiring on behalf of the member/beneficiary we require the following from you: 

1. A certified ID document/passport copy not older than 3 months for the member/beneficiary,
2. If a smart ID card is being produced , a scanned copy of both sides must be submitted,
3. A certified ID document/passport copy not older than 3 months of the inquirer,
4. A Letter of Authority from the member/beneficiary giving authority to assist you on their behalf.

Once we do receive the abovementioned, we will be happy to assist accordingly. Otherwise your husband can contact Salt Employee Benefits Call Centre or visit one of our Walk-In Centres for assistance.
