Poorest of the poorest service ever

Call centre staff is so rude and unhelpful. And would not hesitate ending your call. Not even sure if they know what they are so supposed to do. Every time you call and find a new representative you are told something new. I am not even why they should be treating us this way as our PSSPF Fund administrator. Is it because they are administering Security Industry Funds.
