Poor , stupid service ever
I've claimed provident fund since April there is no communiction at all then after two weeks i receive an SMS requesting me to send the very same documemts that I have already sent i did it four times already the latest i sent it was on the 12 of June till today there is no respond, whether the claim is being processed or what,
Its not like we are asking for the loan, we want our hard earned why must we beg for it? nx.
