Poor Service, rude call centre agents

I spoke to a consultant named Mpho this morning, she was rude and irritated and dropped the phone in my ear when enquiring about my claim. They deduct that money every month from your salary, but when you claim, they have poor service delivery to its members. I think the Bargaining council should reconsider this fund for the security industry as many people are complaining about their service, and the payouts time for claims are ridiculously long taking into consideration that people need their money when they become jobless to provide for their families
