Poor nad shameful service

I was working for Fedelity security service under the Salt Employee Benefits provident fund, I left the company end of March 2015 and submitted my forms on the 2nd of April 2015. When I did a follow on my claim the following month at Salt I was told that they did not receive my claim form from my company I even went to their offices to query. when I call my company they confirmed that my claim was submitted to them in April and worse the people who left after me got paid. I have a friend of mine who tried to help me as I'm unemployed and don't have money to call every day following up on my claim, she called Salt in August and was told the same thing that they don't have my claim form, she then sent it to them and she was told that I will receive my money within 6 months how is that possible? I asked her to atleast explain my situation that I am desperate for that money and that my form was submitted in April surprisingly Onke Matlhaku the REPRESENTATIVE at Salt sent an email saying that my claim has been escalated as \urgent "and it will be finalise within 25 working days from the 02/12/2015!
