Poor feedback service

We have been waiting for over an year already to get paid out for the provident fund. Everytime you call you are placed on hold and then your airtime runs out and they dont bother phoning back. I need status pn the 2 x withdrawal claims since 2018. Its fustrating as it seems they are full of excuses to give you an strait answer on the money owed to you.
