Poor and pathetic service received from SALT

Worst company ever!!! I am waiting for over 6 months for MY provident fund money, not money that I want to borrow but my provident fund money which is due to me. It seems like the company doesn't have any managers or team leaders because they are forever not available to take a call. I've been at the Midrand offices in April to do a follow up on my money, the lady who assisted me said that the money will be paid out by the end of April. It is now almost the end of June and still nothing received. Every time I call its a different story and I'm frustrated with these guys. Their service is poor and pathetic. Like I stated earlier the managers and team leaders are not helpful at all. As for the agents they take your details down saying that they will give it to their managers but you don't ever receive a call back. I was forced to put a 1 star, if there was an option to put no stars then i would surely do that!!! Worst company I have ever dealt with. Judging from the other complaints I see that I'm not the only frustrated person here
