They have the worst service towards their clients, they have cancelled my mother's policy (Ida Nkosiyane ) without any notification, nor email nor sms, I have been dealing with Meisie van der Westhuizen, who has been rude and unprofessional, *********** and not helpful all the time, when i spoke to her on the phone yesterday on the 30 August 2018, she cut the call on me. then they say the Value there clients, i don't think so. This policy has been active and paid on a monthly bases for over 19 years to 20 years.

i have emailed the CEO and the CFO, i haven't received any response

i want to tell SALT Employee Benefits. Failure to non-response will lead to legal actions.
