Pension payout still outstanding

I submitted my provident fund documents in November and to date I am still waiting for payment. When I call to follow up I am advised to keep calling and that they cannot advise me when the funds will be paid out.

I am unemployed and it is expensive to call the call center they put you on hold forever and at the end just state that call after 10 days

Can my provident fund be paid out please..
