Payout delays
Been struggling since November 2025 to receive my Divorce payout. Always stories. I can't understand that big companies like Fidelity still use this company that is clearly not capable to handle this tipe of pressure. For the past 2 months all I hear is the payout will be this week, or I will call you back. Needless to say, I am still waiting.

22 Jun 2026, 11:08Salt responded quickly on the 8th of June after my post. Send them all the details required. Now again another 2 weeks no answer from the consultant or Salt. Is it really that hard to process payment?

23 Jun 2026, 09:17Spoke to the consultant today. Not very helpful but what shall we say. Now blaming it on compliance for nonpayment after she admits receiving 2 more complaints about payouts. She is not feeling well and going on leave on Monday. So now we must just wait for how long again? 7 months of waiting, phoning and being patient. SALT where is your communication? Can someone please give me answers
