Pathetic service

I resigned in February 2018 from my private security sector job. I requested for my provident fund to be paid out as a lump sum. I was in contact with Dineo Bambo and Sibusiso. I can send all proof of emails and I have a phone call recorded of the conversation I had with Sibusiso, where he tells me my application is in process and it will take 10 weeks. 10 weeks later I called again just to hear that my application wasn’t in process and there is no date of termination on the system. I have proof of emails where I send the right application form with date of termination to Dineo Bambo. It’s now nearly a year past my resignation and I’m still waiting for my provident fund.
