no service at all

Good day manager of salt it took 4months of phone call to settle My documents and numaras phone calls to departments and people that couldn't help Me or won't help Me.The other dai a week ago I was phoned and asked if My claim was paid out and My replie was no not a sent the lady said she will investigate and get back to Me still no funds no money no call so how does it take 4months to process a claim or do a pay out.Me and My wife and daughter lost place to stay, furniture and motot vehicle we have nothing and really need the money desperately and it takes this long for you to help people in need I hope your consions bothers you every time you eat and sleep in your warm beds and drive your nice cars and you think of us that lost everything imagine this happens to you would it be good or can you accept the service that Me and My family received its really bad and the service even worse
