No response to email no pension payout
I emailed my pension fund documents in November on the 3rd 2017 and to date haven't received my pension pay out.
After following up on numerous occasions telephonically I am always told by the consultants at Salteb that I must call back after 10 days.
I wrote a review here and Nadine Blom from Salteb responded that I should email **********
I find her response ridiculous because I already emailed the ********** email address and did not receive any feedback or acknowledgment of my email. I emailed them on the 26th of January 2018.
Why must I struggle for Salteb to pay me my dues.
Their service is appalling.
