No payout !!!!!! Why do i have to call and ask all the time ????

I submitted my paper by hand to belville office and waited my 8 weeks out , on week 9 , the 26 of june i foned salt head office and a friendly chappy , told me that i would get pay by the 6th of july , on the 6th i foned again and as u kmow its holding on for 30 min to 45 min at a time , then the operater told me that theres problems with my claim regarding paper work , as neither me nor my previos employer got any email or sms to say theres a problem , this morning i foned again and again 45 min holding on til a friendly chappy pock up just to let me know that they are moving to another office at the moment and therefore no payments has been made , now i ask u whose problem is that ? Not my problem , i need and want my money , y do we have to beg and plea for what is riteful and legaly urs , salt has got now time for the people whose money is there and dont consider that i need my money for i got depts to pay and the deptors dont understand delays ,thy just want there money , i need and want my money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
