No payout since Jan, Bad service and empty promises

Since January I’ve been waiting for my payout, I’ve submitted all documents required my employer also sent them everything needed. Their services are very poor, they don’t answer calls. I physically went to their offices in May and I was told your money will be paid out after 2 weeks to date nothing has been paid!! I’ve also filled in a complaint form on their website twice but no one has reached out or help resolve my problem.

I need urgent assistance with this matter, can someone please advise when what steps I can take to report this matter to the ombudsman because I’ve tried everything with Salt but they are telling me stories
