No payout after 90 days
I lodged a claim on 27.10.2023 with Salt , and I received two messages from Salt on 24.11.2023 saying they have received my claim and it has been sent for assessment , since then I didn't receive any funds , and some people I worked with already got their monies and claimed after me. It's now 90 days plus sill n payout.
II tried many times to get answers of why I'm not paid yet , but nobody gives the real reasons.
Please assist in this regard.
