No payment and delay in payment from Salt!

This is the worst company to deal with. My uncle passed on the 23rd if October 2023 and we have yet to have the funeral fund pay out. Wednesday 29 November we were informed by Amanda that it will be paid out in 48 hours, however this again did not happen. Any employers out there that has a find with them change immediately. We have referred this to an attorney, who immediately when he heard the name salt confirmed that this is the worst employee benefit company ever!
