No pay out

I submitted my claim on the 2nd of Feb 2023 and i am still waiting Everytime i phone they just say phone back in a weeks time I need my money ! Now all of a sudden its a back log or the person doing the pay outs is at a family funeral Not my problem This is my money and i need it they told me at the office 6 to 8 weeks now 8 to 12 This is unexceptable
