No Customer Service

They claim that a benefit payout takes up to 14 to 21 working days its been much longer than that, they dont give any feedback and when getting in touch they ask for the same documents thats already been submitted.This is unbelievable how there is no active assistance or feedback. When getting back to me they send document that has nothing to do with my claim, for a long time I had money put into the fund when trying to exit this fund its a mission getting my money to be paid out when phoning to find out whats going on there is no answer on the line that you being transferred to. Not even a reference number was provided
