Good day Mr Berdine Rademeyer
Thank you for your Hello Peter review.  Please note that the board of trustees for Private Security Sector Unclaimed Benefit Fund is at current dissolved and we are not able to process any unclaimed benefit death claims further until a board has been appointed as per Section 26. It is a regulation that must be adhered to. Once the board has been determined we will then be able to continue with Private Security Sector Unclaimed Benefit Fund death claims in terms of a signed resolution from the board. Kind regards. Good day
The Section 26 process is managed externally by the regulator, the Financial Sector Conduct Authority. We cannot determine the turnaround time to this process.
Kind regards,
