LUMPSOME DECLARED BUT DIRECTIVE OUTSTANDING

Good day,

I filed my IRP5 form with Sars on Friday the 29th of June 2018 and received a message that states that "lumpsome declared but directive outstanding".

Upon enquiring with Sars I was informed that I have to get a document from salteb for the pension that was paid out to me in this tax season (the directive) and submit to Sars.

Can you please urgently send this document to me. Thank you.
