Lack communication and customer service. Long time to pay out claims

I resigned at my work place in January 2024 and submitted my documents. It's now April 2024 and all I'm getting from this company is, your application is waiting approval. As to whom is supposed to approve they don't disclose... Now imagen if I needed the money for something serious and it was actually more than 6 month worth of contribution... ****ed at how they lack customer service. Understand why they work with the company I resigned at, full of arrogant employees who don't respect important of communication
