In 2018 I requested my transport retirement fund to pay out and they did pay out but the problem is they have submitted duplicate IRP5's which causes my tax return for the financial year of 2019 to be declined by Sars and I am now non-compliant. I have phoned and emailed multiple times and they say they wil fix it but has not been done yet I have been struggling for more than a month now and my hands are tied because Sars say that the third party ( Salt Employment Benefit) must sort it out and they are not willing to go the extra mile to sort out the problem with Sars.
