I sent in my documents on the 22nd off February and on tue 1st off March 2024 I got a sms saying they received my documents I contacted on the following week saying the first forms is missing I must send all my documents again whice I did then the next week I contacted them they saying the last page is missing so I send it again on the 28 March I contacted them again they said my contacted them again they saying my contact number is missing then if that is so how did I get a sms then a few days later they saying I must re register my account and send my I d to them they are f uck useless
