Disgusting Service zero respect to their clients

Hello Peter im dissapointed with this Security Provident Fund their Service is Disgusting and terrible to human kind no body deserve to wait forever for his or her funds,they look good and trusted in pictures but the reality is its a mess ,ive been in the Security industry for a while ,I've claimed my Provident fund with different companies their service was on point unlike Salt Employee Benefits they take people for granted,they will respond as if they will call me and solve and guess what they wont bother,when you call them their phone rings until you run out of data ,do i deserve this with my hard earn money,i cry for those who are thinking of investing their money with this funds ,they wil regret ,some of us are surving water now ,no money to survive because provident fund is not doing any justice I'm frustrated because of this company behavior
