Disgusting Service!!!!

This company lacks empathy or the willingness to assist anyone. We have a pending death claim. If we are lucky, we get through to the customer service line to be told absolutely nothings... Most of the time, our calls are dropped while we are on hold or we do not get the privellage of getting through to anyone. It has been over a year and Zero communication from them.

Can someone with any idea of how your process work and a truthful turn around time.

I have been holding for over 23 minutes!!!
