Disappointing & unprofessionalism
Disappointing & unprofessionalism Working in the call center customer service environment for 10 years , I am disgusted in the service Salt employee benefits works , This is our money that we have to fight for I Have been calling back and fourth since March and get useless comments and calls dropped , Till today 5 weeks later M r Bangaoni the manager is calling me back , The timeframe changes and those employees are *********** you call 5 people in 1 day with 10 different responses ,I have been told 8 weeks since March , 4 months later and still I get told 8 weeks from today ,

11 Aug 2023, 15:34This is bull**** i would like a manager or someone that can assist me to fix this **** happening at salt so i get a call 2 hours after my call then speak to a Zama and get told my names needs to be rectified as per my ID come on
