Delay in resolving payout

I left the security industry in July of 2017 (after being active for close to 10 yrs) after deciding to take a different life path, and since then i have had little to no assistance in having my withdrawal claim processed .It has been one problem after the other , certain documents missing (which i di resend more than once ) and also to an unhelpful help desk which in most cases is either not sure what is happening or can never give a valid reason for the delay or who can assist. Waiting for over 6 months to have a claim finalised and processed should be a quick least frustrating process but as it stands not so sure who to turn to.
