Closing before time at 14:00

What a shame. We were at salt in the Cape Town branch. People there are so rude and lazy, they think they are doing people favours by processing their claims. We came there at some minutes past 2 in the afternoon, the door was open but they said they are closed. Closed at 14:00? How come. We sat anyway hoping that they would change their minds but no. At 16:00 they chased us away, they told the Servesr security guard to chase us away. We were so heartbroken. Everyone including the manager chased us away. I have the video to support this. This branch is hopeless.I saw they also harassed another guy because his phone rang. Something must be done about this or this company must close if they can't do their job.
