Claim Delay

Today counts 8th week since I sent my application for a claim, I call every week my application has no progress. I was told that the application takes 6-8 weeks, Salt will be the main reason I will end being depressed their incompetence is on another level with the fact that most their applicants are unemployed and vulnerable but still have to deal with such service. I’m even thinking of giving up on the money that I’ve worked hard for. I still wonder why companies still trust these people with to provide such service to them.
