Good day,im am disipointed with SALT that i will never work in the security industrie again.I have submitted my paper end of January and up to now,no sms ,every time i phone to follow up they say that the PO officer stopped signing of claims.It has almost been 120 days with now real answers of whats going on.Im told them many times i will contact the OMBUDSMAN to take it further.. This is the worst ever.I want to know what is going on

Kindly note the current Liquidated Employer Process is managed by the Fund and the Financial Sector Conduct Authority. Once the process has been finalized and we receive the directive from the Fund's Office we will then be able to process all liquidated employers claims accordingly. Salt Employee Benefits

Once we do the receive the Resolution from the Fund, we will process all claims accordingly. The update that we will be able to provide will be once we are advised to process accordingly. We are glad that the FSCA could provide you a turnaround time since they are managing the liquidated employer process. The Administrators of the Pension Funds report to the FSCA and can only take direction from the FSCA to execute processes accordingly. Kind regards

22 Jun 2023, 09:07Do to the fact that i havent received an sms about my documentation or any indication what is going on.The liquidated story is not helping PSSPF or SALT with their clients.....this is the worst service ever.....The PSSPF is ignoring my emails....i have an read report on my emails and they dont reply....they just read it......we have a facebook group and there are people waiting for years now.....i have sended all my documents to the MAIL AND GAURDIAN news paper so they can start a story .....you cant tell me that invstigation on Liquidated companys take years.....like i said i havnt received an sms or nothing......
