Claim

Please help I have been trying to make a claim from Salt it's been three days now since I wrote a email but no response ,I've been calling them but there is no way forward even yesterday I called and they referred me to Mpho Makatikela and she said she will email me forms so I can make a claim but till now she haven't .I also tried to call today but I didn't get her .Please help me I'm 18 years so they closed the money that I used to get since I was a minor child so now I want to make a claim and there's no way forward and I need it 🙏 please help
